CHALLENGE: A new client at AdBrainiacs had a strong offline presence yet poor direct to consumer (D2C) marketing funnels so they struggled to convert customers online – all efforts were barely breaking even!

The AdBrainiacs team applied a two prong approach to discover broad retargeting paired with limited time offers to hit a sweet spot–capturing both top-of-funnel (TOF) AND middle-of-funnel (MOF) as a solid foundation for NEW graduation (grad) testing.

The 4-Funnel System is based on targeting COLD, WARM, HOT and EXISTING CUSTOMER audiences (4 parts of a funnel). The templates inside our program allowed the team to create the right campaigns, targeting the right users, with the right ad for the part of the funnel they were in. Yes, even despite iOS14.5 restrictions they still created great results.

The creative for this limited offer featured to both new customers and in broad retargeting campaigns yielded breakout results across a new client's funnel.
